Scaleaway 2121 is synergistic blend of inorganic and organic chemicals designed for the control of corrosion, sludge conditioner and scale in boiler internals. The specific corrosion inhibitors in Scaleaway 2121 provide corrosion protection by the formation of a protective passive film or the metal surfaces. The protective layer prevents direct contact of the corrosive media (water) with the metal surface.

Scaleaway 2122 (Liquid) is a catalysed oxygen scavenger in liquid form. It is blend of Bisulphite and a catalyst. It is recommended for rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water in order to protect not only the boiler but also control corrosion in the feed tank and condensate return lines.

Scaleaway 2123 is a blended liquid treatment based on organic tannin, polymer sludge conditioners and alkali. It can be used either by itself or in conjunction with other supplemental feed water treatments to give a balanced treatment programme. Scaleaway 2123 controls corrosion by the dual mechanism of oxygen scavenging and the formation of a corrosion resistant tannate film. It prevents scale formation by converting residual hardness salts to a mobile non-adherent sludge that can be removed by blow down.

Scaleaway 2124 is a catalyzed oxygen scavenger in Powder form. It is blend of sodium bisulphite and a catalyst. It is recommended for rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water in order to protect not only the boiler but also control corrosion in the feed tank and condensate return lines.

Scaleaway 2125 is a catalyzed oxygen scavenger for rapid and complete removal of Oxygen from boiler water. Scaleaway 2125 reacts with oxygen present in the boiler water thereby reducing oxygen corrosion. It contains a catalyst to ensure rapid reaction with oxygen. Scaleaway -2125 is compatible with most chemicals used in total boiler water treatment programmers. It is volatile liquid formulation of Hydrazine and a catalyst. Hydrazine will act with dissolved oxygen to form Nitrogen & Water.

Scaleaway 2135 is a catalyzed oxygen scavenger for rapid and complete removal of Oxygen from boiler water. Scaleaway 2135 reacts with oxygen present in the boiler water thereby reducing oxygen corrosion. It contains a catalyst to ensure rapid reaction with oxygen. Scaleaway -2135 is compatible with most chemicals used in total boiler water treatment programmers.

When steam condenses, it can absorb oxygen and carbon dioxide which can cause rapid and costly corrosion of the condensate return lines. In order to control this corrosion, steam-volatile amines can be used to neutralise the acidity or form a protective film on the pipe work. Scaleaway 2126 is an effective and efficient alkalinity builder, neutralizing amine; used in boiler for preventing corrosion in DM water storage tank, de-aerator, boiler drum and boiler steam condensate lines.

Scaleaway 2127 is an alkalinity builder with dispersants and anti-foam designed for boiler water systems. Scaleaway 2127is used for imparting alkalinity to boiler water or for correcting pH of low alkalinity waters.

Phosphate treatments are used in low pressure boilers to help prevent scale formation and in high pressure boilers as pH control agents. When used to prevent scale formation, they should be used in conjunction with a polymer sludge conditioner. Scaleaway 2130 is a Boiler Antiscalant, Corrosion Inhibitor and Sludge Conditioners boiler internal tubes treatment compound based of poly-phosphates for scale and corrosion inhibition. It imparts excellent online cleanliness of boiler internals by preventing scale, metal ions and metal oxide deposits formation. It helps to prevent deposition of calcium, iron and iron-oxide. It contains corrosion inhibitor which forms a protective passive film over the boiler heat transfer surface. The inhibitor prevents fouling due to Iron Hydroxides, pitting and tube failures.

Boiler fireside chemicals are used to treat the fireside of boilers and thermic fluid heaters. These ensure proper combustion, reduce clinker formation, increase heat transfer and reduce corrosion. Common boiler furnace treatment chemicals include multifunctional additives, sludge and sediment dispersants, fuel system corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, and combustion improvers.

 

Fouling, sooting, clinker formation and other combustion deposits are common in boiler and thermal fluid heater chimneys. The sticky properties of unburned carbon led to the formation of non-combustible solids on the heat transfer surfaces, resulting in poor heat transfer, lower overall boiler efficiency, and increased fuel consumption.
